Montana Title 19. Public Retirement Systems § 19-18-514. State treasurer to pay warrants

The state treasurer shall, upon the presentation of a warrant drawn pursuant to this chapter, pay to the treasurer of the city or town, out of money in the state special revenue fund dedicated for that purpose, the amount of the warrant, which amount must be paid by the city treasurer to the fire department relief association.
