Montana Title 19. Public Retirement Systems § 19-18-103. Officers of association

When an association is formed, the members shall elect officers by a majority vote. The officers shall be a president, a secretary, a treasurer, and five members to serve on the board of trustees. After the incorporation of an association, the officers shall be elected annually on or before April 15. The members may elect the city or town treasurer ex officio treasurer of the association by a majority vote.
