Montana Title 18. Public Contracts § 18-5-203. Agency for surplus property--authorization for financing

The state agency for surplus property must be self-sustaining and shall pay for its operation and maintenance directly from receipts from surplus property that must be deposited in the treasury in an enterprise fund.
