Montana Title 17. State Finance § 17-7-305. Supplemental appropriations for legislative agencies

Deficiency appropriations, commonly referred to as a “supplemental appropriation”, for a legislative branch agency must be included in a separate appropriation bill and may not be included in the bill appropriating money for the operation of the legislature, commonly referred to as the “feed bill”.
