The board shall include in its annual report a section on the results of the previous year's operations of the investment in the Montana economy from the permanent coal tax trust fund, as required in 17-6-305, including:
(1) financial statements audited by independent auditors;
(2) a summary report of loan activity; and
(3) a comparison of the performance of the investments in the Montana economy in relation to the purposes contained in 17-6-303.
