Montana Title 17. State Finance § 17-5-111. Electronic submission of bids

Any bid for the purchase of bonds to be submitted in writing or as a sealed bid may also be submitted by facsimile or other electronic transmission or through an electronic bidding system, as authorized by the governing body in the resolution authorizing the sale of the bonds.
