Montana Title 17. State Finance § 17-1-506. Review of legislation

The office of budget and program planning shall, consistent with the review provisions in 17-1-505, review each piece of legislation that proposes to dedicate revenue. The office shall submit its findings concerning the dedication of revenue on the fiscal notes accompanying that legislation.
