(1) An agency liquor store shall, on each sale of liquor to any licensee, issue a duplicate invoice of the liquor purchased, as provided by the department, a copy of which must be delivered to the licensee and one copy retained at the store.
(2) The invoice must show the date of purchase, the name of the employee making the sale, the quantity of each kind of liquor purchased, the price paid for the liquor, the name of the licensee, and the number of the license, with any other information that may be required by the department.
(3) The licensee shall keep and retain the duplicate invoice of all purchases made from an agency liquor store, which must at all times be subject to inspection by the duly authorized officers, agents, and employees of the department.
