Montana Title 15. Taxation § 15-8-405. Street railroads, bridges, and ferries

Street railroads, bridges, and ferries owned by persons or corporations must be listed and assessed in the county, town, or district where the property or any portion of the property is located. The track of the railroad and the bridge are personal property.
