On or before the 15th day of each month, the secretary of state shall provide a list of all new corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships, foreign and domestic, subject to the terms of Title 35, chapters 1, 4, 5, 8 through 10, and 12, to the department of revenue. The list must include the following information:
(1) the name of the entity;
(2) the principal office of the entity;
(3) the name and address of the registered agent of the entity in Montana, if applicable; and
(4) other information that the director of the department of revenue may require.
