Montana Title 10. Military Affairs and Disaster and Emergency Services § 10-2-107. Contracts for federal reimbursement funds

The governor of this state and the presiding officer and secretary of the board may sign contracts with the federal government or any agency of the federal government for the reimbursement of the board for any work that the board may do for which any federal statute provides reimbursement to the states.
