In the event that any portion or provision of the Mississippi Shareholder Protection Act (Section 79-25-1 et seq.) is void, invalid, invalidated or otherwise found to be unenforceable for any reason, such portion or provision shall be deleted from the act and each and all of the remaining portions or provisions of the act shall remain effective, and the act shall be interpreted as if the void, invalid or unenforceable portion or provision never existed.
