Any person aggrieved by any action or decision of the State Fire Marshal under the provisions of this chapter may appeal therefrom, within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice thereof to the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County by certiorari in the manner provided by law. Such appeal shall be without supersedeas except that the court may grant supersedeas as otherwise provided by law here the license is revoked. The court shall have the authority and jurisdiction to hear the appeal and render its decision in regard thereto in termtime or vacation.
