Mississippi Code Title 73. Professions and Vocations § 73-60-21

Except as provided in Section 33-1-39, a license under this chapter shall expire two (2) years after its date of issuance. The Appraisal Board may issue a renewal license without examination, on submission of a completed renewal application, payment of the required license renewal fee, and successful completion of continuing education requirements.
