Mississippi Code Title 73. Professions and Vocations § 73-57-29

All fees established by the board under this chapter shall be set in such an amount as is necessary to reimburse the state for the cost of services rendered, not to exceed a biennial sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to be paid by any individual. Any increase in the fees charged by the board under this chapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 41-3-65. Fees received by the board and monies collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Respiratory Care Fund. Expenses incurred in the performance of this chapter shall be paid in accordance with the accounting laws of the state.
