Mississippi Code Title 73. Professions and Vocations § 73-34-49

The board shall prepare and issue at least once each calendar year a roster showing the name and place of business of each real estate appraiser currently licensed and appraisal management company registered under the provisions of this chapter. A copy of the roster shall be made available to the public, upon application to the board, at a reasonable price per copy as may be fixed by the board. The board shall send a copy of this list to the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, or its designated agent.
