Hemp growers must keep a copy of their hemp grower's license in all vehicles used to transport hemp under normal cultivation activities. Any person transporting or delivering hemp for commerce purposes shall have a dated invoice, bill of lading, or manifest in his or her possession during the entire time he or she is transporting or delivering hemp. The invoice, bill of lading, or manifest shall include the following information:
(a) The seller's and the purchaser's license and/or registration number, name and address;
(b) The specific origin and destination of the hemp being transported;
(c) The quantity of hemp being transported; and
(d) Any additional information and/or documentation required by the department.
