(1) The segment of United States Highway 11 in Jones County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with the southernmost corporate limits of the City of Ellisville, Mississippi, and extending southerly to its intersection with Hall Street in the unincorporated community of Moselle, Mississippi, is designated as the “Coach Phillip James Jr. Memorial Highway.”
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
