A fully autonomous vehicle that is also a commercial motor vehicle as defined in Sections 63-1-203 and 63-19-3 may operate pursuant to the provisions of Title 63, Mississippi Code of 1972, which govern the operation of commercial motor vehicles, except that any provision that by its nature reasonably applies only to a human driver does not apply to such a vehicle operating with the automated driving system engaged.
