A community owner or landowner who believes in good faith that the manufactured or mobile home and associated personal property that was the subject of a proceeding to dispose of the same was in fact abandoned shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever to the owner or a lienholder or other interested person arising from the proceedings provided the owner served process by publication to all unknown persons having an interest in the manufactured or mobile home and associated personal property.
