Upon the commissioner filing a report with the court attaching a copy of the sheriff's report of the sale and a list of the actual or proposed disbursements from the accepted bid, the court may enter a final order approving the sale and the disbursement of the proceeds from the accepted bid and include such other provisions as deemed appropriate by the court. The court may enter any other order finally disposing of the proceeding, including an order of dismissal.
