Any interested party may, at any time before a sale is made under the terms and provisions of the sale order, stop a threatened sale of a manufactured or mobile home by paying the amount due to the community owner or landowner on the amount actually past due rather than any amount accelerated, along with all accrued costs, attorneys' fees, commissioners' fees, sheriffs' fees, such taxes due and not paid, with proper interest and penalties thereon.
