Mississippi Code Title 43. Public Welfare § 43-13-117.7

Notwithstanding any other provisions of Section 43-13-117, the division shall not reimburse or provide coverage for gender transition procedures for a person under eighteen (18) years of age. As used in this section, the term “gender transition procedures” means the same as defined in Section 41-141-3.
