Mississippi Code Title 37. Education § 37-45-49

Any cost or fees provided by this chapter to be paid by any county board of education or board of trustees of a municipal separate school district may be paid by the county board of education from any school funds of the district other than total funding formula funds, and by the municipal separate school district from the maintenance funds of the district, other than total funding formula funds. Any fees or costs provided by this chapter to be paid by the department may be paid from the funds appropriated for its operation.
