The agency shall report on the utilization of the program to the Chair of the County Affairs and Municipalities Committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives, the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House and the Governor by September 1, 2020. At a minimum, the report shall contain:
(a) The name of each participating county and municipality;
(b) The total amount of reimbursement requested by each county and municipality; and
(c) The total amount of reimbursement received by each county and municipality.
