An execution may be in the following form, viz.:
“The State of Mississippi.
“To any lawful officer of __________ County:
“We command you that of the real and personal estate of __________ you cause to be made __________ dollars, adjudged by the undersigned, justice of the peace of the county of __________ in said state, on the ___ day of __________ A.D. __________, to __________, also interest at __________ per centum on said sum until you shall make said money, and costs to amount of __________ dollars, as taxed, and costs to accrue under this execution, to be taxed by you; and have said money before me on the ___ day of __________, A.D. __________, and have there then this writ.
“Witness my hand the ___ day of __________ A.D.__________ J. P.”
Detailed statement of costs, giving each item separately and specifying the law for it, the section and paragraph thereof, viz.; “Issuing summons, $__________, serving summons $__________,” etc.
