The scire facias to be issued by the justice for a defaulting witness may be as follows, viz.:
“The State of Mississippi.
“To any lawful officer of __________ County:
“This is to command you to make known to __________ that a judgment in favor of __________ for ten dollars has been given against him by me, a justice of the peace of __________ County, for his default in not appearing before me, at __________, on the ___ day of __________ A.D. __________, to testify as a witness for __________ in the case of __________ against __________, No.__________ as he has been subpoenaed to do; and unless, on the ___ day of __________, A.D. __________, before me at __________, at __________, o'clock, __________, he shall show cause to the contrary, the said judgment will be made final; and have there then this writ.
“Witness my hand this the ___ day of __________, A.D.__________ J.P.”
