The chancery court shall require all claims against the funds in the hands of the
trustees to be presented and audited in such manner as shall be deemed proper. Notice shall be given to all persons holding such claims to present and have them
audited in the same manner as such notice is given in the administration of estates,
and all claims not presented and audited within twelve months after the last publication
shall be forever barred.
