Mississippi Code Title 11. Civil Practice and Procedure § 11-33-47

The defendant's replevin bond may be in the following form, viz.:

“We, __________, principal, and __________ and __________ sureties, bind ourselves to pay __________ dollars, unless the said __________ shall have forthcoming to abide the judgment of the circuit court of __________ County, in the suit by attachment therein pending in which said __________ is plaintiff and said __________ is defendant, returnable on the ___ day of __________, __________ a certain __________ levied on by the sheriff of said county by virtue of said attachment, and valued by him at __________, and now restored to said __________; or in default thereof shall satisfy such judgment to the extent of the value of said property, to replevy which this bond is given.
