Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXXVIII. Crimes and Punishment; Peace Officers and Public Defenders § 595.320. Domestic assault offenders, costs of batterer intervention program, how paid

If a judge orders a person who has been convicted of an offense under sections 565.072 to 565.076 to attend any batterer intervention program, as described in section 455.549, the person shall be financially responsible for any costs associated with attending such class.
