Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXXVIII. Crimes and Punishment; Peace Officers and Public Defenders § 595.105. Funding for shelters for victims of domestic violence and agencies providing services for certain crime victims

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 1  1 of section 595.055 to the contrary, the director may allocate and distribute money in the fund to provide financial assistance to shelters for victims of domestic violence, and agencies that provide domestic violence or sexual assault direct services, emergency services, crisis intervention and victim advocacy.
