Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXXVIII. Crimes and Punishment; Peace Officers and Public Defenders § 590.207. Firearm out of control of school protection officer, penalty

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any person designated as a school protection officer under the provisions of section 160.665 who allows any such firearm out of his or her personal control while that firearm is on school property as provided under subsection 2 of section 160.665 shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and may be subject to employment termination proceedings within the school district.
