Where any such order of sale has been made, and the sale has failed to take place by reason of the failure of the term of court, or other cause, the court, or clerk thereof in vacation, shall renew such order of sale generally, without specifying any time for sale; and the clerk shall, without delay, deliver a certified copy of such order to the sheriff, who shall then proceed to advertise to sell in conformity with section 528.370.
