Whenever any person shall be disabled to prosecute in the courts of this state by reason of his being an alien, subject or citizen of any country at war with the United States, the time of the continuance of such war shall not be deemed any part of the respective periods limited in sections 516.010 to 516.200 for the making of an entry or the commencement of any action.
