Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXXI. Trusts and Estates of Decedents and Persons Under Disability § 473.337. Bank deposits

Whenever it is consistent with proper administration of the estate, the executor or administrator may, without an order of court, deposit, as a fiduciary, the funds of the estate in a banking institution in this state as a general deposit and either as a demand, time or savings deposit.
