Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXV. Incorporation and Regulation of Certain Utilities and Carriers § 392.451. State adopts federal exemption for certain rural telephone companies

The State of Missouri hereby adopts and incorporates in total the provisions of section 251(f)(1) of the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996  1 providing exemption for certain rural telephone companies.
