Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIX. Ownership and Conveyance of Property § 444.955. Revegetation of mined land, responsibility transfer, approval required

With commission approval, a person other than the original permittee may assume responsibility for revegetating lands mined pursuant to sections 444.805 to 444.970. 1 The commission shall establish conditions of any such transfer of responsibility, which shall include the posting of a performance bond, to insure that the permittee's reclamation plan is satisfactorily completed.

[Intent apparently was to include sections 444.800 to 444.970, although only sections 444.805, 444.830, 444.950, 444.955, 444.960, 444.965, and 444.970 were included in this act, S.B. 737, enacted in 1982.]
