Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIX. Ownership and Conveyance of Property § 443.877. Writ of attachment authorized on failure to comply with subpoena

In addition to the other provisions of sections 443.871 to 443.877, the director may seek a writ of attachment or an equivalent order from the circuit court having jurisdiction over the person who has refused to obey a subpoena, who has refused to give testimony or who has refused to produce the material described in the subpoena duces tecum.
