All residential mortgage loan broker licenses shall be issued in duplicate with one copy being transmitted to the license applicant and the second retained by the director. Upon receipt of such license, a residential mortgage loan broker may engage in a business regulated by sections 443.701 to 443.893. Such license shall remain in full force and effect until it expires without renewal, is surrendered by the residential mortgage loan broker or is revoked or suspended as provided in sections 443.701 to 443.893.
