Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIV. Business and Financial Institutions § 380.541. Policy cancellation--exceptions

Any policy issued by a company operating under the provisions of sections 380.201 to 380.591 may be cancelled in whole or in part by the company upon giving five days' notice thereof to the policyholder as provided in the policy except automobile insurance policies whose cancellation and nonrenewal is governed by the provisions of sections 379.110 to 379.120.
