Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIV. Business and Financial Institutions § 380.331. Certificate of merger issued, when--director and secretary of state's duties

1. Upon approval or modification of the plan of merger, the director shall certify a copy of his order of approval and two copies of the articles of merger and forward same to the secretary of state.

2. When all required taxes or fees have been paid, the secretary of state shall file the same keeping one copy as a permanent record and shall issue a certificate of merger and a certified copy of such certificate, to which he shall affix the other copy of such articles.
