1. The company shall have legal existence from and after date of such certificate.
2. The board of directors named in such articles may thereupon adopt bylaws, accept applications for insurance, and proceed to transact the business of such company; provided, that no insurance shall be put into force until the company has been licensed to transact insurance as provided by sections 379.205 to 379.310 1.
3. Such bylaws and any amendments thereto shall within thirty days after adoption be filed with said director.
