Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIV. Business and Financial Institutions § 377.370. Personal liability

No person shall incur any personal liabilities for the losses or liabilities of any corporation, company or association transacting business under the provisions of sections 377.200 to 377.460 by reason of being a member or policyholder in such corporation.
