Except as provided in section 375.141, all records of disciplinary actions against an insurance producer which resulted in a forfeiture or other monetary relief of two hundred dollars or less and places no other legal duty upon the producer shall be expunged after a period of five years from the date of the execution of the order or settlement agreement by the director.
