Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIV. Business and Financial Institutions § 370.290. Power to borrow money from any source

A credit union shall have the power to borrow from any source, but the total of such borrowing shall at no time exceed fifty percent of the capital, surplus and reserve fund of the borrowing credit union.
