After the director shall have taken possession of the property and business of such corporation, he or she shall make an inventory of the assets of such corporation. When the director shall have decided that he or she will not permit the corporation to resume business pursuant to the provisions of section 361.370, he or she shall file one copy of such inventory in the public records of the division of finance.
