Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIV. Business and Financial Institutions § 361.259. Director's powers extend to out-of-state banks operating in Missouri

The director's powers in sections 361.260 to 361.269 and the procedures described in such sections shall apply to any out-of-state bank which operates a Missouri branch to the same extent such powers and procedures apply to Missouri banks.
