Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIV. Business and Financial Institutions § 361.060. Deputy director--appointment--qualifications--duties

1. The director of finance, with the approval of the governor, shall appoint a deputy director of finance and such examiners, assistant examiners and other assistants as, subject to the approval of the governor, he shall deem necessary to properly discharge the duties of the division of finance.

2. The deputy director shall possess the qualifications required for the director of finance.

3. All employees of the division of finance shall perform such duties as shall be required of them by the director of finance, shall devote all of their time to their official duties, and shall hold their offices during and at the pleasure of the director of finance.
