Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIII. Corporations, Associations and Partnerships § 354.275. Violations by enrollment representatives, penalties

Any person willfully violating any of the provisions of sections 354.225 to 354.270 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor and on conviction thereof, if the offender holds a license under these sections, the court imposing sentence shall order the director of the department of commerce and insurance to revoke the license.
