The provisions of sections 374.261 to 374.269, which relate to the insurance examiner's sick leave fund, shall apply to health services corporations certified to operate in this state in the same manner as these sections now apply to those domestic insurers which pay a premium tax and are engaged in the business of insurance within this state. The provisions of sections 374.261 to 374.269 shall also apply to examiners of the department of commerce and insurance conducting examinations under section 354.190 in the same manner as these sections now apply to examiners of the department of commerce and insurance conducting examinations under section 374.190.
